We had booked our Indonesian adventure through him which was meant for June, he was so helpful in rebooking due to CV19 restrictions and took away all the stress. I recently travelled to Dubai with my family through Neil and his company Generation Travel. The service he provided was second to none and we felt like our holiday was an occasion to look forward to. Neil couldn’t do more for us, taking all our requirements into consideration and he provided us with some fantastic options. We usually stay on the Palm but following some great insight by Neil we decided to stay at the Jumeriah Al Naseem, which was incredible. Not only a very sophisticated and stylish hotel but very family friendly, so catered for my partner and I as well as our 2 year old daughter. Neil’s attention to detail was great, he provided me with regular updates on our booking, with various amendments on flight seats and room choice we wanted, which were all managed seamlessly for us.Neil’s service stands out from the crowd and I wouldn’t think twice about booking all my future holidays with him due to the ease, service and knowledge he provided.

I cannot recommend Neil and the team at Generation Travel more highly. We have booked with them multiple times and the whole experience has always been superb! Friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and hardworking is how I would describe the service we have received. The attention to detail is second to none and way above anything I have experienced with the larger travel agents in the past. I would strongly advise that before booking your next trip you give them a call, as you could miss out on a little known gem in the region you want to travel. Neil has arranged my last two holidays and made the process simple and stress free given the complicated requirements!Firstly, he arranged a 10 flight, 5 country trip with less than 2 weeks notice but I enjoyed a wonderful trip covering Rarotonga, NZ, Tahiti, Easter Island and Los Angeles. Neil helped me through a flight delay and some further questions while I was away with no problems.Neil is always available to support your requests - no matter what it is... as proved when he did some travel plans for me on Dec 27th! I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in the Maldives so Neil put together a number of options for me and made sure I had the right holiday to relax and enjoy! For my wife's last birthday present I wanted to treat her to something a little bit special. We hadn’t been to Paris for about 10 years.I spoke with Neil from Generation Travel Group after being recommended I do so, gave him my budget and approximate travel dates, along with some other requests on location and hotel style.Within a day or two Neil had put together his suggested plan including a suggested hotel, and various combinations of travel dates with accompanying prices. As the prices seemed to vary quite a bit, I then asked when would be the cheapest time to travel for 3 nights some time in January and February? Bearing in mind the different prices of trains and the hotel (costing more near Valentine's obviously!), Neil duly provided me with the top 3 cheapest dates to travel in price order. I picked the weekend I wanted and that was it - Neil handled the rest!It's always the little extras that make a holiday special, and in this case we received an 'enjoy your holiday' card from Neil in the post a few days before travelling, a 'hope you've got everything you need for your trip?' text the day before, and then a further 'welcome home' card when we got back - amazing!The surprises continued when we boarded the more modern of the Eurostar trains and had a seat with extra legroom and a table - two options which it turns out Neil had selected for us, without asking, to give us a better travel experience!The hotel was incredible and was in a very quiet part of Paris, and yet within 5 minutes walk of a tube station and 20 minutes walk of the Eiffel Tower - just perfect!We had a wonderful, stress-free holiday, and I've no doubt we'll be using Neil's services again in the future.If you want an amazing holiday without the hassle, speak to Neil at Generation Travel Group!

Neil has helped us book several holidays now. The latest being a 2-Centre Florida holiday with family. We spent one week in Orlando followed by 5 days in Miami. Neil recommended the hotel in Miami; The Nautilus and it was great. Right on the beach, lovely room, Great staff, very friendly. We had a visa problem at the airport (our fault) and Neil was extremely helpful in a pretty stressful situation. We would have been in a much bigger panic without Neil’s assistance and the backup of his knowledge and patience and kind manor was very valuable. With Neils help, we are just about to embark on a very long (6-8 months) and varied trip later in the year and are very much looking forward to working with Neil and Generation Travel Group again. What can I say about Neil and Generation Travel ...To start I’d like to say thank you to Neil for the patience he had with me and my other half when booking our trip. We started off wanting Australia and then Peru and then finally settled on New York. The whole time Neil helped us and gave us options and never made us feel like we were causing him any trouble (even though I insisted on apologising every time we spoke) Once we had decided on New York it didn’t take long at all for Neil to send through the details and options for us to look over. It took us a little while to get back to him as my boyfriend was out of the country but we never felt pressured into making a quick decision which was really helpful and important for us. We then booked everything through Neil and I honestly can’t thank him enough for making the whole process stress free. Instead of the usual stress of getting things booked and confirming etc we could just be excited and look forward to our trip. The holiday was amazing and everything we could hope for. I would definitely recommend Generation Travel and will definitely be using them again. For that added touch..I approached Neil earlier this year to organise a 'Babymoon' holiday for my wife and I as our last holiday before our baby was born.He was professional throughout the process, giving us multiple options to chose from based on our requirements. Our holiday was during the snow storm earlier this year and many flights were delayed or cancelled. Neil kept an eye on it all and was ready to sort out any alternate travel or accommodation options if needed. Soon after our arrival home, a 'Welcome home' card came through the door, just for that added touch. Huge thank you to Neil who sorted a flawless trip to Crete for my partner and I in June. I gave Neil a brief of what type of holiday we were after, quiet but close to a quaint town for a change of scenery. The hotel was in an ideal location, staff perfect and food excellent. Normally all inclusives can be repetative with food but Neil advised this hotel had a great selection which it did! The holiday was everything we were after. The main thing about Neil is you actually feel LISTENED TO. He is very meticulous, cares about his customers and the service he provides. Any future holidays ill be sure to book through him again. Our honeymoon and was amazing. Neil made booking the honeymoon a breeze. He was so helpful from start to finish. Neil answered all my questions and was always speedy with replying. **ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR** Since being introduced to Neil via a friend, booking holidays has never been easier. Neil arranged a trip to New York for myself, wife, daughter and a few friends over Xmas and the service we received was incredible. The holiday, seat allocation on flights etc was all taken care of without a single worry. We even had a surprise bottle of bubbly sent to our hotel rooms on New Years eve from Neil (lovely touch) Neil has just found us a cracking deal to go to Mexico later this year also, his advise and knowledge on the complexities and areas we were looking at was next level detailed, he has just booked us the most amazing trip and I can assure anyone that reads this that I will be using him going forward without fail on any holiday we want to book.

We have not long returned from a fantastic New Year holiday staying at a luxury resort recommended to us by Neil in Cancun and with 2 young children our requirements meant that we wanted somewhere that would suit them as well as us. We stayed at the Finest resort and had the most incredible time, Neil took care of everything including flights, transfers (that we’re waiting there for us upon arrival) and even had a member of staff at the resort make himself known to us in case there was anything that he could do to assist for the duration that we were there. This is not the first time that we have booked directly through Neil having previously been on a Caribbean Cruise in Oct 2017 and we will definitely be booking with him again, the personal service complimented by the competitive pricing (usually best price) means that it is a no brainer for us and takes any hassle out of the organising which is what we like.

Neil booked us our wonderful cruise on the beautiful Navigator of the Seas. He made the whole process so easy, one phone call was all it took, with instant email confirmation and follow up paperwork including information about the ship and the excellent itinerary - Gibraltar, Nice, Rome, Florence and Pisa, Cartagena, Malaga and Lisbon! We were very impressed with Neil's knowledge of cruise ships and ports of call, also with his efficient and friendly manner - nothing was too much trouble. We even received a personal card wishing us a happy cruise and a nice card welcoming us home!

Neil is a true professional and knows his stuff. He planned the perfect trip to New York for me and my girlfriend making her 30th one to remember. Recently just returned from a last minute holiday to Mexico. Had the most amazing time staying All Inclusive at Secrets Maroma Beach. Neil took the time to understand what my friend and I really wanted out of our trip to Dubai and got us an amazing deal and a stunning hotel. He was so helpful from start to finish and sent us a ton of recommendations of things to do in Dubai, really going above and beyond. We have just returned from a holiday to Malta, and had a fantastic time. Neil planned the holiday according to our timescale (a bit last minute!), budget and 5* requirements - highly recommend using Neil to book your next holiday! He found the perfect hotels to suit our needs, first the ground floor Bay View suite at the Westin Dragonara which was fantastic (room 135), followed by a stay at the Xara Palace, a more traditional hotel in the old city with a jacuzzi suite. The De Mondion restaurant at the Xara Palace hotel was amazing, with incredible views - I would return to this restaurant. Unfortunately we had to return early, and Neil took care of everything for us regarding this change. Overall we had a really great time, and will be asking Neil to make arrangements for our next holiday very soon.

We have just come back from the most amazing holiday to Las Vegas and it couldn't have been any more perfect all thanks to Neil. I decided to surprise my boyfriend for his 30th birthday and was recommended to Neil back in January as I was worried planning a big trip all on my own, and he couldn't be more helpful. He literally did everything for me, from finding the perfect flights/hotel/trips, to checking us in online the day before.Neil found me the best hotel (Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas) with the most amazing views overlooking the strip and right next door to the Billagio's amazing fountains. We checked out all the hotels when we were there and he really did find the most perfect one for us. He also gave me lots of tips, hints, and the best places to visit and eat for when we got there. Also then helping me pick the perfect helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon (there were lots to choose from and I had no idea which to pick) The holiday from start to finish was amazing, and Neil was so helpful with every annoying question I had to ask. I don't think Zac and I will ever go back to booking a holiday ourselves now.....roll on 2018's holidays

We have just got back from Dubai, after staying at the Anantara on the Palm. Neil has been fantastic throughout the whole process and we cannot thank him enough for all his hard work on finding us the perfect holiday! He recommended this hotel as the right location and hotel to cater for all our needs and he was right! He's that brilliant at what he does I'm getting him to sort out my honeymoon in September and a family trip next March! We had two lagoon access pool rooms and they were amazing. Beach clubhouse restaurant was outstanding with a great atmosphere while eating your food looking at a dream view! Neil on behalf of myself and all my family thank you!!!

Booked two trips with Neil now. A family holiday to a 5* resort and a short break to mexico.Not only did I get better prices than usual agents, the service was fantastic. Neil actually listened to what we wanted from a family holiday and found us a package that ticked every box (rare these days!) Price is important, but getting the right location/resort is vital and Neil took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect for us.Would recommend using Neil at the drop of a hat and we already have him working on our Christmas 2017 trip!
